The Snake Experience is a locally based educational outreach program in Seattle, Washington that features live snakes at your school, library or community center in an interactive presentation for boys and girls, as well as adults.

The program provides a learning atmosphere that combines science and fun that is sure to leave all participants challenged and inspired. All featured snakes are non-venomous and are kept under control by professional snake handler Nick Sutton at all times. To enhance the learning experience, natural artifacts are used such as rattlesnake rattles, viper fangs, shed skins and authentic woven "snake baskets" from India and Africa.

In addition, all participants are given the opportunity to personally touch featured snakes, from exotic tropical pythons to brilliantly colored milksnakes. Every program gives a basic biological overview of snakes while teaching their natural behaviors, dispelling many snake myths and promoting a general respect for all wildlife.
